purchase orders

Once good pricing has been entered into a requisition or purchase order it can now be pushed back into pricing maintenance so it can be used again in the future.

On the main requisition or purchase order screen select the line items that have the pricing you want to send to pricing maintenance. Please note that line items with a price of base price of 0 will be ignored.

After the update has completed the prices that were included in the update will be removed from the list.  If any sizes were excluded from the update then the screen will remain open and the remaining sizes can be updated in the same or a different pricing maintenance section.  If no more sizes are remaining then the screen will close.

The Global Edit Form can be used with the requisition/purchase order pricing update feature.  This allows you to easily update not just the specific size that was purchased but all of the sizes that are in the pre-set range that includes the size that was purchased.
